Purpose

Fauna Morocco is a non-profit project dedicated to documenting, promoting and protecting Morocco's wildlife (reptiles and amphibians) through a free digital encyclopedia, field photography, expeditions and awareness initiatives. The site is informative and educational in nature.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd, 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus — www.hostinger.com.

Donations and payments

Donations made on the site directly support Fauna Morocco's activities (field expeditions, species documentation, awareness). They are gifts without consideration. Payments are securely processed by Payrexx AG, Burgstrasse 18, 3600 Thun, Switzerland. The association does not have access to your full payment details, which are handled directly by the provider.

To date, the Wildlife Mosaic association does not benefit from a public-utility tax exemption; donations are therefore not tax-deductible. Except in the event of a manifest error, donations are non-refundable. For any question about a donation, contact us at the address above.

Intellectual property

All content on the site — texts, species accounts, photographs, illustrations, maps, logos and graphic elements — is the property of the Wildlife Mosaic association / Fauna Morocco and of Rayane Vuillemin, or is used with the authorisation of its authors. It is protected by the Swiss Federal Copyright Act (CopA). Any reproduction, distribution or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written consent is prohibited. Photographs in particular may not be downloaded or reused without agreement. For licensing requests, contact us.

Personal data

The association collects and processes certain personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR for EU visitors. Details are provided in our Privacy Policy.
